I am a senior branch manager for NFM Lending with offices in Port St. Lucie, Melbourne, and my main branch in Hypoluxo, FL. I recently opened a location in Greensburg, PA and we're still growing! I'm licensed and originating in FL, PA and NJ, and going stronger than ever after 22 years as a mortgage lender!
We are a FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA direct lender, and are able to go as low as a 580 FICO* on VA loans, 600 on FHA loans, and 620+ on Conventional. We have great rates on Jumbo products and accept credit scores as low as 660. We also have very strong VA and 203k Streamline mortgage products. I just hired 3 new senior processors and still aim to close in 30 days on strong files.
